Guest Posted December 10, 2019 Share Posted December 10, 2019 This is no shade to Ariana because I've enjoyed a lot of her music over the years and when she puts effort into things she can really make a great record but I truly do not understand why so many publications are ranking thank u, next so high in their best albums of the year lists. It's not that it's terrible or unlistenable, it's simply so easily overshadowed by heaps of other albums released in the same time period and it genuinely puzzles me why it's getting this much appraisal.
