Or are you assuming this? Most people I’ve seen on fb and twitter state it’s in appropriate because of the venue. Lizzo isn’t the only person ever scolded because of an inappropriate outfit for the wrong occasion. Ciara was ridiculed for her dress when she performed the national anthem at a football game. People can be against an outfit no matter who’s wearing it. No offense at all but I think we,as people, slap a label on people when they disagree with anything that can be labeled “phobic.” I like lizzo but there’s a time and place. Part of Lizzo's entire schtick is that she's a big woman and proud of it. She doesn't make her weight a non-issue, neither does she speak bad about it or want to change it. Therefore, I can only conclude she's happy being this size, wants to stay this way and wants other women to be this way too by promoting her size as something to aspire to.
