Taylor struck first pubically so of course they are being petty and retaliating. They probably don't even care whether she performs, they just want to teach her a lesson.

I did some research because I was bored lol. but I found that Beyonce was able to purchase back her solo discography (DIL-IASF) from Sony/Columbia. This isnt confirmed yet but shes so rich its probably true. 

Destinys Child still is owned by her father which is why he's reselling them.  She probably could've bought back DC too but there was such bad energy revolving these times, she probably doesn't want to.

But its the same audio, she wont sign over it. And if I was in her place, I would tell the AMA's that I rather get that honor next year or another time because singing her hit songs will get Scooter and old record label more money as it will promote her old songs and albums. She should do it while re releasing her old albums.

She’s performing because she won Artist Of The Decade award. Unless she wins it again in 2029, she won’t be able to do this type of performance at this particular award show. Plus, even if she lip syncs the performance, the performance would still be recorded, hence why it’d be considered a re-recording of the track once broadcasted on TV. She’s screwed.
