Exactly. Gaga hasn’t done a strategic lead single release since Born This Way in 2011. 8 years ago. She’s not releasing it at the Grammys. 
February is the time. She’s doing an ASIB medley at the Grammys.

My bet is lead in Feb, Grammy performance debut and album in May or June. 

I would rather album in June and us getting two singles before the album. I can't see the GP caring if she pushes singles after the album and let's be real we're probably not getting more than 3 singles, so might as well make it as eventful as possible.

Everyone is forgetting Grammys are in January next year

I'm guessing she'd announce it on Jan 1, like for BTW, but only the single. Release it a week later and then performance at the Grammys.

Sounds good and if she gives us another single March/April then May release date works well.
