My (kinda sad) Enigma experience

All I would say is think of being Gaga or her team. You can’t please everyone and if you took the time to talk to every single person, you wouldn’t have any free time or personal time.

Idk, I get it’s exciting. BUT just put yourself in her/her teams place. I would be completely depressed and anxiety ridden as a celebrity and I’m glad I can go to work but go to Target/get groceries/unwind in complete peace and not be recognized by any and everyone.

And Gaga didn't deserve to be treated like a human being who just wasn't in the right mood to talk to fans? You have no idea what her feelings were. Some of you need to take your head out of the clouds. She set boundaries, they were crossed. If she caters to one fan then she opens up the door. Have some respect. We are all in charge of our own personal space and if it's invaded then we don't have to tolerate it. 

I'm clearly on a regular person scale but through my work I  know a lot of families in my local area, I work within a big team too. When I go to community events like a fair or fundraiser or even when I go to do a grocery shop I have people coming up to me all the time to say hi and have a chat. To the point where family members have gotten frustrated and joked said "Its like walking around with Oprah" 🙈. My husband often takes off on his own so he doesn't have to stop every few minutes 😅. It can be great, I like to see them most of the time. But there are times I just want to get on with the day and not have to be reminded of work stuff at the weekends. I've taken to wearing sunglasses and pretending I don't see people if they wave. Do I mean to be rude or hurt feelings? Of course not!!! But i have only so much patience and energy for small talk. I have to take some control of the situation. I give my work 100%. My weekends or evenings are mine. 

Now multiply that by a billion for Gaga or other superstars. I'm so glad she is setting boundaries. If she has children there will be even bigger boundaries in place, as there should be. Please respect that, or someday one of you will cause her to lose her cool and then watch you refuse to take responsibility for it.

****, strangers took my picture already and it was really really like 'what the hell?!?!" this is a disturbing feeling when you're not ok for the camera to capture your image if you're sensitive with body dysmorphia of stuff.

People must at all cost forget the idea that what Gaga does is not her job. Makes us feel things, makes us all think we are her friends, that she owes us all her time and that she knows us like family blablabla.... This is her JOB ! Damn. We are the creep already for worshiping her like a goddess or our mother//. Open your eyes.

So, the answer to your question is No, you do not “have to pay 3K to meet her”.

Anyway, I wouldn't go so far as to say "never meet your heroes," but I'd definitely say "it's better to meet them when they're expecting it." Like, I've gone to album signings (KT Tunstall and Vanessa Carlton come to mind), where even though I only had like 30 or so seconds with the artist, it was still really cool and memorable, and because they were in "fan interaction" mode it was very positive.

I would agree but just ask people who paid over £2000 to ‘meet’ Gaga and she gave less then 30 secs to people on the Joanne Tour 😞
