I have seen this pattern in every megarates that mediocre songs always win. Because they get fair numbers, like in Anti one all the people gave rotten rates to Work because they thought it might win! Again in this case, nobody gave harsh marks to Cruel Summer, and also the majority of people didn't give 11 to it. But, lover and miss Americana got 0s - which made them fall.
