Pink getting her first #1 and highest opening week EVER 10+ years into her career is really impressive ... except I hear the album was discounted to $5 by Amazon.

Still, her and Britney and Beyonce are the 3 big stars left from the millennial crop of pop girls, leaving Xtina and Avril in the dust.

Don't forget Eminem.

I think this review basically sums up how I feel about Diamonds: http://chartrigger.blogspot.com/2012/09/its-rihannas-new-single-diamonds.html

I feel like because Diamonds isn't as dance-y as WFL or WHYB, Die Young is probably going to chart better. Where's Taylor predicted to debut (if it's possible to predict yet  )? I kinda hope Gangnam Style gets #1.

Guess which country Carly's Kiss charted highest in?

No, not Canada (#5) but Japan (#4).

i wonder if this kiss is gonna flop

It doesn't look like it's going anywhere, tbh. Has it been sent to radio? I think it's too bubblegum-pop and not as dance-y or catchy as CMM or GT.

I don't listen to the radio, that won't help

Give up and start singing! That's all I've been doing all day. It's stuck in my head and I luv it

I heard it on Hits 1 today (they don't go by add dates lol). It sounds damn good on radio

Same issue as Pink's Try which is now down to #63.

No room for another single on radio with the previous one peaking. The public can't tell the diff between them and promo tracks.
