The real deal is better and more efficient than synthetic B12. It’s like comparing breast milk with powdered baby milk. Of course the original source is better. Way better. The statistics on heart disease are heavily skewed to societies that live a “Western lifestyle”, that is diets high in processed meats (associated with fast food) but more importantly lead inactive lives largely devoid of daily exercise. Societies in the Mediterrannean and Asia eat meat (especially fish, lamb and pork) yet they have very high live expectancies and low rates of heart disease.
