I’ve never eaten meat in my entire life and it’s the same for my parents. So what does that mean? Not having some random vitamin stopped my dad from being a successful auditor? Or stopped my mom from being a psychology professor with a Doctorate degree? Lmao make it make sense!

B12 deficency can cause severe nerve damage.

Vegans that don’t get any type of source of B12 will, eventually get sick.

and no, b12 is not a “random” vitamin, it’s essential for humans.

i really doubt there really is a “random” vitamin tbh but you do you i guess

meat is the only “natural” source of b12.

Dairy also has B12 naturally if I’m not mistaken.

I think this is the right approach. What does an organisation like GreenPeace do with the money you donate to them? Importantly, they advertise and spread their message, via protests and social media. Spreading the message is very important. General climate awareness is the first step. When you're aware of what's happening and the urgency, you understand and start researching about what is needed to fight it. The second step is political awareness: what can you do for the climate by electing people with the earth's best interests in mind? The third step is to change your own behavior, only making climate-friendly consumer decisions. The final step is to know that this isn't enough, that millions more need to join and that protests, civil disobedience and possibly worse is necessary to fight climate change and the fossil, aviation and agri industry.

I also know that a vegan diet ruins peoples health and also the environment...  check yourself before you come for others :awkney:

A Vegan diet can be 100% healthy and it does help the environment lmao.

Check your facts FIRST “sis”.

With the right amount of macronutrients (carbs, fat and protein) + vitamins you can be 100 times healthier than a meat-eater.

people are just lazy and entitled to do some research.

A healthy vegan diet is not only fruits and vegetables, there’s so much more to it

If I'm not mistaken, b12 is found in animal products because it's usually fed to animals?

i don't have much idea on it though cause im one of those awful vegans that don't take supplements ngjffbbf

I eliminated cow milk from my diet and moved to Almond milk 2 years ago and even though I do eat meat I get the same if not more B12 cause it’s fortified with B12.

People should always experiment with alternatives to some animal products imo.

If you can’t go fully vegan or vegetarian, anything helps.

Guurl... b12 is no joke.

If you were a meat eater before, you can have some b12 reserves in your body.

But eventually you can even get severe nerve damage or even worse.

if i were you, id go buy some b12 asap

Its all very well saying "oh go use supplements" but you can't absorb B12 without B6, both of which is found in meat. Your body can't actually absorb the vitamin from a tablet properly, you'd have to take tonnes for it to have any effect or the same effect as a meat eater. Vitamin B12 is so important for us...  B12 deficiency has been linked to depression.

As I said before, the type of meat you want to be having is GRASSFED animals. Not the slop fed rubbish

To those who claim I know nothing about nutrition... I am a high performance athlete and I NEED TO KNOW about it in order to keep healthy, strong and full of energy. So yeah, I do know about it :whitney:

I just said that eating meat is not necessary. I work in fashion, I don’t know much about science to argue about vitamins :saladga:
