tbh I'm a little surprised Back to Black is #1.  I think it's a great album, but it's not the best of the past 20 years lol I also wouldn't put Blackstar next to Lemonade. I love both, but I really think Blackstar is a bit better, more than one or two spots

If you don't write your ****ing music, you don't deserve to be included in any list. :whitney:

The inclusion of Blackout seems right. But no Melodrama is an offense.

Also:

“Gimme More is her best-ever song, an erotic psychodrama where the purring come-ons of the title also sound like a woman drowning under her ambition.”

It definitely wasn’t a heterosexual who wrote this list :trollga:

Despite all success and fame gaga has, she's still underrated. I think The fame is too low in this list for an album that sold 15 millions and changed music industry while being her first ever record. And BTW didn't even make this list how is it possible to ignore it when you put Beyonce in top 5! Sorry I love Bey but this album has nothing unique and it's not THAT good. I mean it's great but so overrated, and Lemonade was better.

Blackout finally getting the recognition it deserves. :excited:

The Fame at #80 though? Arguably one of the most influential albums of the last 20 years and they put it at #80?! The Guardian can choke. (But not really cos they're the only UK newspaper that hasn't completely lost their mind.)

snobbery

this is not a list for best artists or writers, it's for albums as individual pieces... that is an achievement for everybody involved in the record, not just the primary artist.

I can always guarantee seeing Visions on these types of lists and it just shows that the album is timeless
