Why does it have to be so damn complicated. I’m going to sound closed minded and I’m not but this is all going too far. Be who you want to be but unless you’ve physically changed gender, I still see them as he (a Male), I just don’t understand why things have to be made so complicated.

I mean your only duty in life is to be happy and to do what makes you happy. What does it even mean "to be a man / woman " ???  It's a social construction, not something innate as you seem to think. It's funny that you're saying " father is responsible for stimulating growth (take the kid outside) " because yeah,throughout history,  men always had the opportunity to explore and conquer the outside world in every possible way ; unlike women.

It's funny that you're saying " the mother is responsible for regulating the negative (hunger, thirst, pain) " because yeah, women have literally been confined in their home for centuries and couldn't escape their domestic servitude.

Why do you feel the need to perpetuate a toxic construction ?

Now women have the opportunity to leave their house in order to work. A woman can " nurture its (children) skills " just as a man would. And a father is totally capable of taking care of the kids and do the " nasty job "  or " regulating the negative " as you said. Roles are totally  interchangeable lol. It feels like you're saying " please, leave the interesting role to fathers just like it has been for centuries , let's keep our good old patriarchal society ". You must also be one of those people who think that two men or two women can't have a child together; am I right ? This is scary.

Please give more and concrete arguments and exemples of this ???? Yeah, Sam Smith wants to be referred to as "they" , the end of the world is near.

What I’m saying is if you have no interest in changing gender, then what’s the point? Do you understand what I mean? I don’t see why there has to be so many complications when it comes to referencing somebody. Either man or woman, if you’re trans then you identify as which ever gender you’re transitioning into, if you’re male and intend to stay that way, then you’re a man, same with females. I just don’t see why there needs to be so many different pronouns, it just gets confusing and makes people walk on eggshells as to not say the wrong thing, it makes things a lot more difficult for EVERYBODY

It's really interesting to see everybody's view on it... It makes you see things differently.

I wonder if genders are social constructs then why even place yourself as none officially? If it's just made up rules to go with "woman" and made up rules to go with "man" then why acknowledging it to say you're none when these 2 are BS and stands for nothing but clichés? It could be extended to everybody, not just non-binary folks by the way.

Shouldn't folks avoid all labels and just do/ act/ present themselves/ the way they want whatever what they want is?

 how could you know ? As of now (and as far as I know), it's referencing somebody the wrong way that causes harm.

Being denied from the start for who you are and your identity being swept under the rug because " we don't even want to try nor change our old habits " is way more painful than the potential  " new genders "  mistakes  and the potential offenses  stemming from it; I mean at least people would try something  new ? Which would be a first sign of respect. Not even trying to reference someone the way they want is the real and first lack of respect. 

And anyway, this is not a contest, lol. It's about thinking with your heart rather than your head and make people feel good about themselves.

So maybe we should help him feel better about himself as a man rather than pretend he's not. If your father decided to be a baby and you had to feed him every morning then that would be incredibly damaging to you. When people are deluded about who/what they are, they need love and assistance to come to reality. Maybe Sam is dealing with some deep trauma, maybe his reality is not good enough, so he's created a fantasy. Maybe fame has messed him up a little? Who knows. But he needs help. Nobody is saying he should be ridiculed.
