We can't create pronouns for everybody tho. After non-binary, there will be other people who will say that they don't feel comfortable with the pronoun "they" and will want something else.

Gender identity is how you feel or choose to identity as (man, woman, non-binary), sexual orientation is who you're into and are attracted to.

Sex is something separate from gender in that it's something you're assigned depending on what genetalia you're born with. Just because you're born male though doesn't mean you'll feel or necessarily identify as a man, which is the whole point of what Trans or non-binary is.

Tbh, I dont get the whole Binary thing. 

And no, I dont like how the LGBT movement is also used for gender issues. It only makes things more confusing. 

Being Gay, Lesbian or Bi is about your sexuality and I can understand Trans people, but further than that it's just a mess. It's hars to even care about it.
