And if not, where do they fit in? I guess they'd just be removed from the gendered categories, altogether. But if that is the case, I am surprised their record label have let them be so public with this... since it'll impact their 'critical' success in the industry. Makes me wonder why there are gendered award categories in the first place. like "let's decide which person with a penis has the best song" or "which vagina had the biggest hit this year?"
