Morphine Prince 109,655
I knew Jorge Ramos was going to pull the same stunt and ask the ridiculous Venezuela socialism question to Bernie. They did it in 2016. Jorge Ramos is a great journalist and he isn't afraid to go IN. But this was just so absurd and I cannot believe he, who was almost arrested recently in Venezuela, is trying to make a parallel between Bernie's ideas and Maduro. I can't get over it because it's this type of fear mongering that Republicans repeat over and over again to their base and it's literally FALSE. Using another country's political failure and tragedy to further your smear campaign against a US Senator is gross.

Biden keeps forgetting what he says. This is something that has been going on for too long now no im glad someone finally brought it up on stage. He also wasn’t wrong when he called out Biden for his hypocrisy on taking credit for the good things Obama and he did. But not for the bad things. He also made a great point about how these are the Democratic primaries. They’re supposed to go at each other. Maybe he should’ve been “nicer” about it. But I don’t think he was wrong. 50 minutes ago, MJHolland said: We say this every time, but he never drops in the polls. I’m not talking about the polls. Robo Ga 15,614
My performance review: Harris really killed it this time and was the best IMO. Each response had emotional resonance and conviction. Buttigieg and O’rourke both came out strongly as well, each sounding assured and presidential. O’rourke had an extremely moving and passionate response to the gun control question and it moved me. He really is fighting out there for it and I commend him. Biden was struggling harddddd. I just feel like Trump would walk all over him at this point, considering his apparent incoherence. Sanders brought to light many issues I feel strongly about, such as price fixing on pharmaceuticals, and for that I commend him however I think he may not perform well in the polls after this because of the relentless attacks he faced from opponents across the board. Yang was Yang. And he’s right... we’ll all be wishing we had President Yang when our jobs are automated. But thank you next... Klobochar had admirably smart responses to extremely tough questions. Booker was objectively alright but I just have this thing where I feel like he has crazy eyes and it distracts me. Castro was rude to Biden so straight up gtfo. & Warren was great at communicating clearly, playing to the common man/woman and having strong energy. I’d love to see her drag Trump through the mud. Did I forget anyone? 🤖⚡️

He is already being dragged left right and center, by people and pundits alike. Questioning Biden's record is fine but it shouldn't be as condescending, disrespectful and harsh as what he did tonight. Not just was he factually wrong, he was also tonally wrong. You don't come at a freaking ex-VP like that and not expect to turn off voters big time, especially when Biden has the minority vote on lock right now. I suspect his campaign almost dead after this tragic night for him. "I was protected by the monks of Azarath, I was raised by my friends. TheQueenLG 2,469
I'm honestly confused as to what Castro got wrong... Please explain somebody! Biden said citizens will have to buy-in to his health care public option if they get fired by their employer. Castro said that under his plan, when someone is fired by their employer, they are automatically registered into his public plan. Biden then retorted that his plan does not include buy-ins. Castro corrected him harshly, and I think deservedly, about this clear discrepancy in Biden's characterization of his plan. What am I missing? @Morphine Prince
SKANK 14,288
Biden was fumbling over words, and Castro made things nasty, two negative qualities we already have enough of in the White House. If you saw a younger man speaking to an older man like that in public you would be ashamed. "Did you forget what you just said? Are you forgetting already what you just said? I can't believe you just said two minutes ago...now your forgetting that!" Unpresidential.

And then there are people on this thread who think he was one of the winners of the night. Lol. Absolutely NOT. He definitely was the biggest loser of the night.
