The BTS shots she posted with all the lush rich colours were gorgeous. Then she just drained it all out. The juicy neon sign at the start really highlights how dead the rest of the video is. @Sneaky Oliver This is so overdramatic, lustful and voyeuristic. Her smooth, sultry voice and whispers along with the instrumental really captures the feeling of secretly craving for someone. Like the moment you know you can't resist staring at someone you long for. I think she looks the most gorgeous ever in this video! I particularly love that she's casually sitting there and brushing her hair while singing about watching someone while we're watching her. That's so meta, isn't it? @Miichael This is a very intriguing video in my opinion. I love the scenes of her relaxing on the lawn chair with the lush greenery behind her, the spinning gramophones and her floral headphones. But this is just... awkward? Like nothing happens for most of the video and then there's that scene. Idk what to make of it really. @Sneaky Oliver A bit of letdown for me. I wish she could have explored more of the Honeymoon album concepts. The shooting down the paparazzi helicopter scene was amazing for sure but other than that, the video is kind of empty. Still love the visuals tho. She once described an idea for a movie about a singer losing her mind while isolated inside her mansion and I believe HBTB was reminiscente of that. Again such a great concept! @Miichael A mix of high budget and homemade. This video is very representative of Lana’s visual style. @LazyTurtle I get the idea of the song and the video, but for me m/v is too simple. But there're some funny moments and I like Lana's home-style dress @NNES the secene at the beginning of the second chorus with the helicopter is her most iconic scene. We stan.
