Poissonche 12,365
Hello, As you all now know, Lana Del Rey's latest album, NFR! (for Never F*cking Release!) was actually released. And as I was blasting the CD version of this glorious, glorious album, the ending of the closing track, previously released hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have - but i have it, took me by surprise: there's a male voice speaking, and I checked, it does not appear on Spotify. Tentative transcript in spoiler. Spoiler "'Cause I had you in, in my head. Are you real? Are you real? Yeah? Is there any chance that I'll just wake up on the floor and the song won't exist? That'd be very sad. If I wake up and you don't exist and the song doesn't exist... Yeah. I hope you're real! " (sorry for any potential error in transcription, I'm not sure of what is said in certain parts, but the meaning stays the same I guess). So, does anyone know who that is? Why is this at the end of HISADTFAWLMTHBIHI, so at the end of the whole record? What is this? My theory is that it's Jack Antonoff and that this was his reaction after Lana recorded the acapella of the song, which she mentioned in some of her latest interviews, but I have absolutely no proof. Did some insider spill the tea? What are your theories? Thank you very much.
