It just surprises me that A) it took them like 8 months to begin the process, and B) Liam was the one to do it. I'm guessing there wasn't a prenup and Miley is scared of halving her fortune. I wonder why Miley has delayed it so long then. It sounded like a very fiery break-up. Maybe she thinks the pre-nup is now too generous to Liam.
