She had a music video, Spotify playlists and ads and radio. Promo doesn't only mean ''live performances'' and in this day and age they kinda lost their significance. I assume if this is true the album may come Q4 of this year and (maybe) a tour starting either end of this year or next year, as some of the KP5 rumours I've seen have specifically said she's been planning a tour as well. But im not gonna get my hopes up too much, im just writing this judging from how Katy has previously released her music. Also, didn't Katy specify last year and further confirmed it this year that she wasn't working on an album and that there weren't other songs?? she must be playing w us, maybe she meant more stand alones to come. who knows.
