DIMITRIS 0
Believe me, it was aesthetically beautiful. But like, the 30 second commercials were a lot more riveting... I know its not like the full one will be aired on TV or anything, and was purely for the sake of the fans, but I did expect something new to be put within that 5 minutes of footage. It was just kind of pointless. TV spots for films are often better than the full length trailer. Or even the movie itself. Because shots are put together fast and dramaticaly and its over so quick leaving you in a state of awe and wanting more but then you get more and its not the same affect you got when you first watched the short adds

As every scene played out, I just thought in my head "Ok can this part hurry up now and get to the music" because we basically had already seen the full thing, but in my opinion the teaser had more special effects. MichaelC223 0
I think it's visually amazing! I feel that the ones who are disappointed hyped it up to much in their heads. Gaga never said that it would be a music video to "Scheibe", she just said that it would be featured.
Disco Heaven 60
The commercial is flawless. It was not meant to be a music video. It's a FRAGRANCE video, for God's sake!!! I want Gaga to do everything that these b---hy little monsters don't want her to do. So they can get away and leave the fanbase already. She's been around for 4 years making basically the same statement - that she's a FREE BITCH. She does whatever she wants, and that's why she made BTW - to tell her fans to do the same thing! But they don't learn. Never. This fanbase SUCKS. Sorry, but I'm sick of this negativity.
Galactic Mess 1,393
I guess I just expected something different, but I loved it anyway! Its dark, metaphorical, and I think it's much better than any video in BTW. I think it's visually amazing! I feel that the ones who are disappointed hyped it up to much in their heads. Gaga never said that it would be a music video to "Scheibe", she just said that it would be featured. And this :)
ico 0
Personally, I loved the commercial. I too was expecting Scheisse to feature a lot more prominently, but I'm not exactly dissapointed. It can easily just be edited along to the song (which I'm sure is going to happen a million and one times over the next few days). For those confused about the storyline of the film, here's my take; The black liquid/goo is simply "fame" made literal, and each scene is a metaphorical take on how fame can affect you. For example; when Gaga is dressed in all PVC, moving/dancing in the distance, as the "fame" (the black liquid) in the foreground is spiking, moving, it is alive, it's calling to her. She approaches, she is afraid yet curious. The "fame" is mysterious, desirable, beautiful, deadly. She reaches out to it, and it reaches back. It wants her, and she wants it. She holds her hands out and reaches for it, and the "fame" reaches out and envelops her, pulling her into itself. Taking her, consuming her. Lizzy 0
This is fantastic and for me the best thing I've seen from Gaga since the video for Born This Way - it's smart, brilliant aesthetics, innovative, creepy and a little sleezy! Deacon 5
I think Scheisse had its moment with FAME just like Gaga said it would. This was never meant to be a music video, it's a short art film. It's completely innovative and unconventionally s-xy and unsettling. It's a testament as to why I worship both Gaga and Steven Klein (as both collaborators and separate artists).

aaronyoji 2,055
wow could you guys be more ungrateful??? this **** was expensive and regardless or whether or not it was a full fledged music video like we wanted, its for a ****in PERFUME!! if this is how far she goes for something as menial as a perfume, then i say we've got a lot of cool **** coming our way in regards to music/art etc.
MOLLY CYRUS 3
If she was singing while this entire video was going all, yall would me on your knees bowing. GET OVER THE FACT that Scheisse was not heavily featured. This is what people get for over-hyping things in their head, and listening to FAN posts about how Scheisse is being turned into a music video for FAME. I wont lie, I was sure that we were going to see a MV with a choreographed dance and what not, but I'm not going to be mad at Gaga for something I expected and over-hyped! She only promised a full-length commercial for FAME, and she delivered.
CannaeDrive 3,412
To me, the whole video symbolizes the soul of fame overtaking you. We've heard the 'black like the soul of fame' bit quite often now. So when we go inside..we're essentially in the soul of fame. It's struggling to get out..It wants to overtake you..and at the end..it succeeds. Fame overtakes us. That's my view of it anyways. You reside in my brain apparently, cause that's also my interpretation. Plus, the video complete perfectly the performance which was about Fame essentially. That shows Gaga is mostly consistent with what she does. We had Fame, the song, then Fame the ablum, follwed by the Fame Monster, now we have Fame the parfum, which comes with Fame the video and, finally, Fame the performance on 09/13/2012. For me, this is as simple as that. And I love it. "Fame Is A Boomerang" - Maria Callas
pachinko 10,495
I loved everything. The Sleeping with Gaga, the full video, the letting us see her get the tattoo. How are there some of you who don't understand? You don't bear that intimate connection with her to bear the title of "Little Monster".
