He may be unpopular with your age group which I'm assuming is quite young and uninformed, but he is reasonably popular with the country at large. Look, I think he is not the ideal choice, but we are where we are. What really are the alternatives given the current situation? You can have more than one awful PM in history lol Lord knows the US has had their fair share of terrible presidents I mean, he's a serial liar. Theresa May was not a very good leader, that's true, but I think she was dumped into a very very difficult situation where she was pretty much set up to be a failure. I mean, when you have about 50-50 split on Brexit *and* the Brexiteers don't have a consensus on what they want from a Brexit it's going to be difficult to reach your potential. I know that's a bit of a simplification and May was by no means perfect or very good, but I just think that she is not really in the same boat as the other 3 who got into office under different circumstances. The problem is that he comes from an upper class of Britain that does not favour the working class or most of the North of the UK. He was in the Bullingdon boy's club which was an Eton drinking club that went around trashing places and causing chaos because they were rich so they could do what they wanted. His past lecturers have all said he has a craving for winning and power and so I don't particularly think he has won for the right reasons I.E to help the country overcome the problems its facing with austerity or poverty. If you are from London I'm sure he seems fine but we in the North need desperate help with the problems that small towns are facing with unemployment and poverty and he seems like the least likely person to make that a priority when he has said he would rather give tax cuts to the rich.
