It encapsulated everything I loved about her and her weirdness. I also loved the custom heels she wore to one of the launches with the men climbing over. Maybe it was post-BTW cynicism. Because looking back on both the Born This Way and this little Fame fragrance eras that came amidst its tour, I was too busy focusing on BTW not matching The Fame+Monster in success that I unbeknownst to me overlooked most of what she was actually serving. Because ill look back on performances or music videos i either didnt watch or only saw once or a lot of the promotional materials and its aesthetically right up my alley and she looked amazing while doing it all, but for some reason its like I was in some sort of haze or something back then.
