"Big Winners" pay the extra to tax will see more customers since the low end of the economy will be stimulated. Trickle up makes more sense too... Trickle down/Tax Break or Xtra tax the rich isn't wording like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. Let AI develop a few decades more and we might need a basic income just to avoid having trillionaires who could buy the whole US economy vs. a largely unemployed underclass. Andrew Yang may not necessarily intend this, but the right-wing will try to use this as an excuse for cutting everything else. That includes everything from healthcare to education to social security. Meanwhile, this doesn’t really do anything to solve inequities in our society. It just shifts the standard of poverty higher.
