Yeah it sounds very similar, the piano notes sound alike the main synths in WDYDT.  Even the composition like the violin in the bridge.  

I hope it's a sampler cause otherwise the copyright lawsuit demand will be sure.

Oh WOW yeah that piano melody is very similar to the synth melody in WDYDT.  However, I wouldn’t say Gaga was the one inspired by the song, but maybe DJWS / Nick Monson / Mark Nilan / Jr. / Diane Warren, the ones who actually wrote the song LOL
