If Born This Way (album) hits 3,000,000 copies in sales, we shall count it as an equally commercially successful album to The Fame and The Fame Monster.

Because it's really difficult to figure out pure sales of her first two albums: we see The Fame topping 4,470,000 copies but nobody knows how many of that copies were with The Fame Monster as a second Disc. And at the same time, despite The Fame Monster EP selling just 1,500,000 copies, you should actually add those discs sold together with The Fame to the count. So, technically, using raw maths,

(The Fame sold copies + The Fame Monster sold copies)/2 = pure sales of each of her first albums.

(4,470,000 + 1,510,000)/2 = 2,990,000 copies.

With Born This Way selling 2,101,000 in the year 2011 and at least 300,000 copies in the year 2012 (as it was at No.85 on Billboard 200 Year End Chart) it's now at approx. 2,400,000 copies, which means it's just around 600,000 from repeating The Fame/The Fame Monster commercial success.

This album's done good and probably will sell a little more in 2013 due to ARTPOP hitting the stores. :excited:

Nope. We already got the year end list, and Born This Way sold 163,700 copies in 2012.
