I made a thread of the worst bridge on The Fame a few months ago and figured, since the results were interesting (Boys Boys Boys last and it wasn’t even close), I’d do the same for The Fame Monster. Another album with, in my opinion, amazing bridges. Gaga is pretty much the reason that when a song comes on without a bridge, I notice.

So anyway, which bridge gets the ax from you guys? (Also if u vote for Teeth, pls say which part is actually the bridge cause that one confuses me)

Alejandro doesn’t have a bridge, isn’t it? She’s basically repeating Alejandro until the last hook jumps in again.

I’ve never really liked SHICD and I just realized it’s because it has no bridge. :ohwell:

I do love Monster, but that is more because of the memories attached to it.

It aged badly and that makes it’s bridge the worst in present day.

While the rest of the TFM is timeless (at most times)

Just because a bridge doesn’t have new lyrics, doesn’t it make less of a bridge necessarily. Some songs don’t even have lyrical bridges, especially in other genres.

I don't think it has a bridge though, production-wise nothing changes either. She just goes "eh eh" for another 20 seconds and then goes into the last chorus.

There’s def a bridge, it’s pretty minimal tho. There’s the “oooooo” vocal and some instrumental changes.

U can def say it’s lazy but it is there

I think the instrumentation is different and much more prominent. It's lazy but I do like the instrumentation. Instrumentation is the best part of the song anyway.

The Cure has a similar situation.
