The Fame + The Fame Monster is at 3M+ in the UK.. but maybe you're also right that TFM International Edition is at 3M in Europe but i think that's too low. Because of a technicality TFM does not exist in the UK which is why I said that your 3 million number is probably from IFPI for Europe. TF sold 3 million in the entire UK which is why it is certified 10x platinum. This counts the deluxe version with TFM and the normal TF because BPI doesn't see them as seperate albums. NOT IN THE UK. They did not sell the EP seperatly and BPI count's deluxe (with TFM) and the original TF together without regard. simple as that.
