That's literally the truth. He really didn't evolve with time, did he? The New Left is also why we have gay rights, abortion rights, the Free Speech Movement in colleges (ironic right?), so Joseph really needs to get an idea and stop criticizing good things. Let's make a progressive candidate win the primary because that's what can ACTUALLY mobilize voters to beat Trump. Stop with the no-policy centrist liberals who won't do anything real. Exactly. I think people who live in a rich bubble forget how hard it is for the middle and lower class. Even if they were the middle class in 1955. They don't want hand outs. They want education and healthcare. How is education and healthcare a hand out? I also don't think most older grandfather aged people don't understand that millennials and generation after millennials have older parents. By the time millennials will be in there 40's most of there parents will be in there late seventies. So basically if you decide to get post education, to become even more economically independent you will have the debt of your post education plus parents with failing health and maybe a family of your own. God only knows what's going to happen to Medicaid and Medicare if republicans get their hands on it too. Of course that milenial is going to say, "give me a break." Because the young progressives are currently too young to be president. Why not give the chance to someone that pushed the Democrat party to the left and gave new life to the progressive movement in America?
