There wasn't really a reviewer who disliked the song, in fact most call it her best single in recent memory, and a song that could bring her back to her former glory. Katy herself said she didn't really plan out this era too meticulously, and I hope the success (at least critically) of this song will change her mind and maybe push her towards releasing more music.
