NightStar 313 Posted May 12, 2019 Share Posted May 12, 2019 Assuming the rules of succession do not change, Sansa will only have a shot at the throne if she marries someone with a claim, for she herself has no rights to the crown whatsoever and can wear it be either marrying a king or by usurping the throne. Marriage will work better for her, because she doesn’t have the strongest army to win the throne by force. If Tyrion establishes a contact between Sansa and Varys, I guess Varys can arrange a Sansa-Gendry marriage as his personal plan B in case Jon keeps refusing the Iron Throne.
