Because in our modern world whole life is connected with technology and with technological progress. I can tell a story on the example of my friend: John is an employee of an average IT company. Unfortunately, he was not able to grab a grant for education and that's why he took a loan. As a result, he still 4 years after graduation from the university could not pay his loan. It is very sad. That's why guys like John create innovations and the country should fully support them. By the way, he is developing app for doctors and patients, which should bring a lot of new things to the health care system.
