Look at both Countries I'm from. I live in Canada but I used to live in Portugal Canada has WAY better healthcare than Portugal and I'd say Canada maybe is slightly safer (tho Portugal isn't too bad tho) But ppl are way more active and eat better in Portugal which may explain the small gap despite the healthcare being way worse in Portugal Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

HK is by the Ocean usually coastal cities are cleaner by nature Also HK is less industrial than most of China and is more Corporate and Financial based... Are u sure it's really that polluted?
