It’s the same color as her and her backup dancers uniforms in the opening number and not in the live video release but in the actual show it’s introduced as Beyoncé’s homecoming so I think it’s confirmed!

Yup and they're releasing  between Coachella weekends, it's pretty obvious

Wish some people on GGD weren't so salty about Bey. It's fine if you don't like her, but be realistic and don't make up ish about her.

Yeah, there's no way it's just about her Coachella performance—which was great, I'm not dragging Bey at all. But a whole as* documentary for one performance, no—it's going to be a combo of The Carters second tour and Coachella imo.

I think she's dropping new music then, too. Maybe not a whole album, but the greatest hits album with a few new songs that are rumored.

Nah, now I'm hoping Gaga doesn't hurry up. Bey, Tay, Childish Gambino all coming out in April. I want Gaga to have some d*mn breathing room when she releases, and the chance to get another #1.

I feel like she's going to be dropping more than a doc—which is going to be interesting (and messy) since Childish Gambino, Rihanna, and Tay are allegedly dropping the week before.

I hope it would be more about her pregnancy and less about the Coachella performance. Otherwise it would be super boring.

Looks very interesting. Seems like it will be much more focused on the art and concept than her personal life, which is perfect for me.

I so wish 5F2 had actually shown the creative process of the SBHS and planning of Joanne performances etc. Rather than just super boring scenes of her crying at home or cooking or whatever.

I know obviously that was the intention - not to show the work, but her as a person. But it just made for something that really wasn't remotely interesting or entertaining to watch.

For you I guess. Millions of people want to know the human behind the superstar that shocked culture with her mystique.

And it's part of her rebranding process.

Each to their own I suppose.

Personally will never understand people's obsession with knowing the "real person underneath". Like yeah she's a normal person who cries and is a bit whiney at times. Great. Same as everyone else. Why would you want to watch that?

Omg it's so funny you say that because I agree that I would have loved more creative process stuff for Gaga, but as I was watching this Beyonce trailer I started thinking - I hope we see her in emotional/vulnerable moments. Where as Gaga maybe cries too much for some people, Beyonce rarely shows any vulnerability in recent years. Something humanizing like that in the film would make me connect with her more.

Well again it's funny you say that too lol.

I personally have no interest in Beyoncé's music, but what I love about her is her superhuman professionalism. It's so rare and special to see someone who essentially never lets their guard down, and is therefore such a convincing megastar 'queen'.

I would personally not see behind the curtain and see Beyoncé "vulenerabe" and exposed. I like the illusion. I see enough emotional and sad people in my every day life, I don't watch pop stars to see more of it.

I haven't seen her previous doc  Life is but a dream, but is it likely that she will make a new updated version? What did she talked about in that film:udidnt:

Meh, if you never show vulnerability it's harder for people to relate to you.  It actually makes you appear stronger to reveal that  human part of you, and it empowers the audience because they can can see themselves in the artist + they feel like they're not alone. That's the whole point of art for me. To each his own I guess.
