I think she's just a true collaborator. She truly enjoys making and writing art and music.

It's true that she just adds writing credits to people who contribute in the slightest.. like she credited RedOne in Gypsy for the "I don't speak German" lyric from Sheiße... if that doesn't speak volumes about how she credits her writers, than I don't know what more proof you need.

Also I doubt she'd give main credits to someone who helped her and she take the co-writer credits if she had actually been the main writer. Especially since legally on contracts that also affects earnings splits

She's the main co-writer of like 95% of her songs? Her name always appears as the first of the songwriters, so she has the largest writing credit.

You do realise that being a co-writer could mean you wrote like 2% or 5% of the song? Gaga writes most of her melodies but possibly gets some help with lyrics.

For example, for Shallow, we know the chorus was all hers, as well as the bridge. The verse is unknown, but probably a collaborative effort. With this, she has already written 50% of the song.

She's definitely very generous with her credits. She's way more of a songwriter than say, Ariana or Beyoncé. They probably write like 20% of their own songs or less.

Some things just maybe shouldn't be shared no matter how generous the act. Soul-baring or not who wants to look at something disturbing over and over again. Beauty is a much better theme to share with those you love methinks. But that's just me. 

As far as the original question I've no doubt Gaga is a talented artist in whatever medium she chooses. Artistic is artistic. I've found it usually encompasses all creative endeavors. Even if her drawings, paintings, sketches are "crude" there is still obvious ability there.

But if you co-write something, you've still written it. It's still your piece.
It's not like she's pulling a ******* and changing one or two words
