I'm not really sure where this is coming from, lol, but like that's literally EVERYONE. That's Apple, that's Google, that's Beyonce, that's Gaga, that's like the state of the world. Trying to make a change in the world doesn't mean you can literally fix every little thing or that you're responsible for every little thing. Like, come on.

Also, the way you are dismissing Beyonce's achievements and impact on culture and black lives is honestly concerning. Even if she's not your jam, you really can't deny her impact, power and efforts to support and bolster that community.

What black children slaves are making her clothes? Because that stupid accusation sweatshops has denied by her rep where they stayed the people making her cloths get paid above minimum wage. You have no moral ground to talk if because a large portion of your fancy cloths and gadgets,  are made that way.

Does she actually care about proper racial representation or does she just want people of black/African-American background being represented, which seems to be a recurring theme in media (calling things diverse because there’s black people, completely forgetting there are other racial and ethnic groups not represented).

why is it so hard for ignorant white twinks to realize that it's OKAY for a BLACK artist to want representation of HER identity in the brands she works with... Boards of corporations and their branches across the United States are still largely white and male. I commend Beyonce for realizing this and understanding which company takes strides to achieve diversity and combat the "random" hiring of "qualified" people (who are all white as a result of white people systemically having better access to such jobs in the first place...)

Of course there are people more talented than other people, in general. But if you think that for every single job there is one person who is clearly the 'best' than I assume you simply have no conception of how the real world works nor how jobs function. It's almost literally never that black and white, especially for any of the jobs at Reebok. If you think it just so happens the all the best people that Reebok needs are definitely white and that people only hire the absolute best ignoring their own prejudices and systemic racism from society, then cool, you truly believe in a world that doesn't exist.
