I disagree. Older men with different professions drugging and sexually assaulting always make it to news. It’s obviously more shocking (or not?) when it’s someone who suppose to have high morals and values, who people normally trust.

I do think think it's always... Ah*t like that happens constantly most cases aren't publicly reported on the news

Did you actually read the article or just came to comment on the fact that the story was about a religious leader?

One of the victims, who is 19 and homeless, said that several weeks ago Cox was looking for a “drug buddy” and told the victim to come home with him for drugs and sex with women. Cox did drugs with the 19 year old and abused him when he was high. Similar situation with the second 26 year old victim, did drugs and Cox abused him while he was high.

It’s upsetting when this is done by ANYONE but there’s always a hint of irony coming from a religious leader. Religious leaders are portray the image that they are so righteous and tend to discriminate based on their “religious freedom.” 

I don’t think people love to hate on religion, it’s just that certain religions scrutinize and invalidate plenty of people, gays especially, and here comes a cookie cutter pastor with a wife and kid who used that religion as a facade for his disgusting ways. Happens all the time with religious politicians too.
