It fits her fake teen/Debbie Gibson-like schtick nicely, whereas as a Gaga song it feels like she's not at her very best (which to me, is slightly edgier and more moody). I kind of get why people don't gravitate towards it because knowing Gagas voice you can hear how like tuned the album track is and its just very fast and bubbly idk. I get it.
