I just remembered the Reputation Era only had two performances. Jimmy Fallon and the AMAs.

The Reputation Era also had SNL and the Jingle Bell Ball. But you're right that there are only a few performances.

Thanks. I totally forgot about SNL. Probably because those videos are never viewable outside the US.

It's the soundtrack for a movie, not a Lady Gaga album. Why would she go to the VMAs?

Because it's a music show and this is music? Why did Prince perform "Purple Rain" at the AMAs in 1984? Why did Whitney perform "I Have Nothing" at the Billboard Awards in 1993?

All the people saying "iTs nOt a lAdY gAgA AlBuM!!!111" sound like those ATRL/twitter haters downplaying LG success saying "Lets wait for the next album before we say she is back". It's not a studio album but it IS a Lady Gaga album. The songs are by LG, it's titled "Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper" and it has her face on the cover. I guess people here are too young to remember but soundtracks were big back in the 80s and 90s. So I guess this is a new concept for some.

Girl the VMAs happened in August and the movie was released in October, how the hell would she promoted it there? :saladga: Also, she performed at the Grammys which is a music show so I don't get your point.

Who said she had to perform at the VMAs??? I asked a simple question, is this the least amount of televised performances in an era. There was no point. There was only a question. I don't get where you're going?? Are you reading the right thread?

Britney only did 1 for Blackout, but for Gaga I suppose yes if you consider ASIB as a Lady Gaga album

I want to say ARTPOP... the era started out strong with like VMAs, SNL, AMAs and even the muppets special, but once the DWUW era came to a halt I think live performances did too. The next thing I remember is Gaga performing the title track on Jimmy Kimmel or Fallon and then the GUY video was released and the era was essentially done.

ASIB era had the right amount of performances and they were displayed at the correct shows.

I think btw gave us performances for the rest of her career. Lets be honest, after that ARTPOP joanne and asib, the numbr of performances just keeps decreasing.

Though at the end joanne had some good nr of promo.

Asib could have at least some 3 tv performances. But maybe its not worthy it for Interscope or they want to save promotion spots for lg6:ally:. Hmm dont think so

Perhaps Joanne?

She performed at the Grammys, Superbowl (does it count?), X Factor, and some other radio shows, or in Japan, I don't recall any other performances

Dive Bar, Victoria's Secret, Royal Variety, AMAs, C'Cauet sur NRJ, Texas A&M, (Japan: Sukkiri, SMAPxSMAP) plus the radio shows

Perfect Illusion didn't have many high profile performances tbh
