I have the one with the iTunes festival, the standard version, and had another standard but I lost that one. So I have the deluxe and standard both foil. Like 99% of the rest... I’ve never seen a non-foil one. I guess at first they were going to do the limited edition thing, but then said no or it was a marketing stunt. It took a long time for ARTPOP to reach 500k sold. That is the sad reason as to why everyone regards the foil edition as the only edition. If you go to stores now, you will not find new foil editions because ARTPOP finally passed 500k in sales I assume, also probably depends on how each individual store handles their stock and what they put on their shelves. I wouldn't doubt that some stores may possibly still have foil editions simply due to them keeping it in the back for who knows how long and then re-stocking their shelves with the forgotten merchandise.
