If that chart proves Cher's most successful song is Believe then it proves that Madonna's most successful song is Hung Up which makes her comeback bigger than her early hits. In front of Hung Up is Like A Prayer, but neither was as successful as Like A Virgin was, maybe Like A Prayer was bigger, but narrowly.
TeenIdle 116,810
To get back to the topic.. No it isn't. Poker Face is Gaga's biggest hit. Bad Romance is her most iconic one. But it's only been 6 months so it's too early to tell.

Economy 44,046
@Adelita guys how about we simplify this then  Since in Cher's early career/peak years her success was more concentrated in North America we can count her as having huge come back late in her years in the US as far as this discussion is concerned  If we're talking WW then sure it wasn't a huge come back since she was never massive WW to begin with before Believe
Jaume 1,282
It is in her top3 biggest hits definitely... but I don't think it has the same impact as BR and PF yet.
Drin Lon 7,875
According to the world wide chart it will suprass Telephone very soon as her 5th biggest hit. So soon the ranking will look like this: 1/ Poker Face 2/ Bad Romance 3/ Just Dance 4/Born This Way 5/ Shallow 6/ Telephone 7/ Alejandro 8/ The Edge Of Glory 9/ Paparazzi 10/ Applause 11/ LoveGame Note: Bad Romance would be techincally her biggest hit if we take into consideration how many more streams+views it has over Poker Face. So it doesn't include streams? If it's just sales u could argue this ranking isnt accurate since songs sell a lot less now as streaming has replaced most sales

Too off Shallow is much bigger than BTW, JD and BR (ww for sure, and in the US, it's heading to be equal to these) Shallow will also be the first Gaga song to get 40 or more weeks on the Hot 100 since Poker Face, due to it's growth in radios, which will boost/give stability on the chart.
