She has to have a video archive of every tour she does for a lot of reasons.

Yeah it wasn't confirmed officially but I mean, Gaga even tweeted notifying fans they were filming that show, so I'm sure they were planning to release it.

But even still, if you're going to put footage from the tour into the next tour's promotional campaign, like Enigma - you can't have a dead crowd lmao. You need people to look like they are having the time of their lives. Everyone does at a Gaga show but it's to look even more so when she puts out a tweet like that.
