Because the promo and rollout of Gaga's music is a business at the end of the day and part of his job it to try his best to control leaks. Legal action would be taken if "insiders" were posting sensitive info. Even though it's fun, I'm sure they are tired of seeing accounts like this claiming to know things and creating false hope for fans. If they were real he probably wouldn't have said anything.
