My only critiques would be for the placing of the text- it doesn't seem to be centered, and the font doesn't seem like it completely suits the image. Also, the focal point is indeed the top half of the image, and to really notice the bottom half the eyes really have to travel down. Personally, I think there needs to be more of a balance between the top and bottom portions. But it really is awesome!
