LilyLark 10,098 Posted March 11, 2019 Share Posted March 11, 2019 So I know this has been talked to death...but there's no way this isn't going to get written up as Gaga buying views (or the headlines will at least look like that in the worst case scenario) even if it makes zero sense for Gaga to buy views on a tattoo clip. It's either an insane LM using bots, or some random using bots and the clip as a practice run. And that dumb musicfacts keeps tweeting about it, so it's not going away. I usually defend Bobby, as I think he's done a good job with Gaga when he took over as her manager. Yeah, he's not Scooter doing deals but she went from her lowest to highest point under him (that's all due to Gaga, but I think he deserves some credit with bookings, media, etc.) and is probably at her most liked. But shouldn't he be aware of sh*t like this and get her to pull the video? I suppose he might be unaware, but I also feel like fans probably tweeted him about it...and he probably follows some of the musicfacts/popcrave type stuff. You have a point. It’s such a benign, stupid, and humorous video that I feel like its more amusing than anything. The previous most watched video is just a random clip of somebody drawing a picture and the algorithm picked it up, and nobody accused that guy of anything.
