But she is definitely not a rap genius by any stretch of the imagination. The fact that Cardi B so easily took her spot is evidence of that. She mostly got by because she was the only person to fill that specific space in the industry (female pop artist and rap artist hybrid) for a long time. But in France, which is one of the world's top ten music markets, you can't be making unprofessional excuses like this. I somehow highly doubt it's technical issues. That would have been evident long before fans entered the venue if that were the case. It's like they waited to the very last minute to see if any people decided to get tickets in the last few hours or something to fill out the arena and if they didn't, they'd blame technical issues. You have to understand that Nicki is very strict about her show, there's clips of her demanding stuff be a certain way back in her early days. So, I can't envisage her hiring an unprofessional team who arrives late and can't deal with technical issues. So, it must be low ticket sales.
