God Bless America - And All The Beautiful Women In It Overall Score: 7.36 Highest Score: 10 - @huttont @Lanadelduck Lowest Score: 2 - @KinneyUnderYou @Blue Madonna's comments: I love how this song is somewhat plain and accepting of the truth, but it provides an amazing sense of hope. The lyrics make me just want to dance for months and months, all around the world, with the beautiful people of America. The title lyric is genius, and she makes a low-key yet inspiring feminist statement by repeating it throughout the song, and then finally changing it to ‘people’ at the end. I love the crazily over-the-top vocal layering at the end, it provides a wonderful climax. I hope she works more with Metro Boomin in the future! Comments Part I: Spoiler @Trepadation: such a beautiful track. The guitars & the background vocals make this song so smooth. @Punktious: Love the guitar and production @Lonely Lolita: 3/4 America really does need his blessing @Rumours1977: This track was perfectly fine, but it isn’t my favorite by any measure. Interestingly, I actually preferred the verses to the chorus. It's just average @hellothing: A fountain of positivity in Trump’s America. It paints a picture of the country in a romantic light amidst all the turmoil the country is facing today. It’s a prayer, and it’s an ode to the strength of America. This track is an example of why the album shines and remains relevant in these confusing times. And that bridge, oh my! Are those gunshots I hear in the background? Truly another highlight. @halcyonpop: The title..... lana, sweetie.
