Not sonically, I meant having three or four pop style singles and the rest are slower/more soulful songs

okay that is fine.

After she cements herself with a wider audience with an AC album, later on she could go back to a more crazy gaga.

She's had C2C, Joanne and ASIB :laughga: How many more AC albums til we get CrazyGa back? :laughga:

Think ASIB has fully cemented her in AC, now it's time for something else.

I still don’t totally get what Adult Contemporary means. :poot: Like just music gears towards adults or? Because the AC and Top 40 stations here play a lot of the same songs.

AC is a radio format, not a genre, so yes I can picture Gaga as a kween of AC.

But she will still have hits on pop radio, the kids love her just as much as the oldies do. She won’t be exclusively AC or pop but have songs that cater to both demographics.

She truly does bridge generations. We stan a crossover kween :messga:

Seeing "AC singer" four times back to back with no explanation for what the OP (original poster) means is infuriating and I curse this thread :cryga:

My name isn't Timmers

But C2C wasn't for the GP, jazz isn't a very GP-friendly kind of music plus this was before ASIB when she didn't have the attention she currently has. Also the only song from Joanne that was listened by a wider audience was million reasons, the rest didn't really get to the GP and AISB even though it's still an album its not really like an official Lady Gaga album T_T Maybe she'll make an AC gaga and CrazyGa album combined :D

Mmm yea definitely but I think that what ASIB did was make people who wouldn't listen to her before give her a chance. Now she has this new audience expecting to see more from her and must make music for this audience or she will lose them. I miss TF-TFM-BTW kind of songs and I hope she can find a balance and make radio friendly bops that both old fans and new fans and "regular people" would enjoy. Songs that people would like no matter if they are metalheads or rock fans or rap fans, young or old etc  and make them say mm this song is actually good, and without necessarily becoming a fan having the song on their playlist.

I honestly hope that she and her team make the best decision on which direction to take.
