I don't miss her being extra, per say, but I love(d) her at SX! Her keynote thing is great.

An accent would mean her pronunciations changed. She doesn’t have an accent here. She just isn’t speaking with vocal fry and a lower pitch like has since Joanne. Her speaking habits aren’t healthy actually and it’s taken a lot of the expression out of her voice.

Maybe she’s just more happy and relaxed lol her singing voice? Still no. She just sings in a darker tone sometimes.

I never said anything about her singing voice. Only her speaking voice. Anyways, it isn’t normal or healthy to only speak in your low chest voice. It’s actually damaging. Inflected intonation is best for your vocal folds. It’s true, look it up.

Literally no one speaks like she spoke in this interview. The high baby voice is not her.

It must feel so weird for her to have people actually thinking this is her real voice and that she is faking her normal voice. :laughga:

Also her voice :nooo:

Never saw that before. I think I like the Gaga we have now, that was quite too much.. and that voice... I hate it... it's the voice people use to talk to their pets.

Gaga Ooh Lala

The contrast of this to the latest interview. This was Gaga from outerspace. Now we have Stefani from proud New York. I like the latest Gaga. She's more real and open now.

You really don’t get what I’m saying, do you? If she were speaking in a baby voice, she would be speaking in the fifth octave. She’s speaking in the low fourth octave/high third octave here. That’s healthy for her voice. And I have proof of it here.

It definitely requires an understanding of vocal terminology and music theory. Needless to say, Gaga’s speaking voice habits are way too low in relation to her voice type. Just because you are used to hearing her in a certain tone and pitch, doesn’t mean that it is natural and healthy for her. If she had never done cocaine, cigarettes, and marijuana, she would sound unrecognizable from today. Age does very little to change the voice.

Why is she talking like this da fuq. Literally at the Keynote speak around this time she was speaking normally. She must be stoned or something. Rememver that Andy Cohen interview during ARTPOP (shes in the seashell bikini). I believed she talled weird like this then too. Very disturbing

Her voice didn't change that much. You clearly don't know how she sounded most of the time back then, even in The Fame era.

Sugar, spice, and everything nice.

It did. I’ve seen plenty of interviews over the years. Winter Music Conference 2008, E! News, MTV News, MuchMusic, NewNowNext, the one where she’s wearing that blue jacket with the shoulder pads and the white lightning bolt on her left cheek, Larry King, SHOWstudio, CBS News 60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper, Google, BBC News, ANDPOP, SXSW 2014.... Her voice has definitely changed. It’s gotten deeper both in terms of tone and pitch. Her speaking mannerisms have changed as well and she speaks a lot more formally than she did back in the classic Gaga years.
