Gaga worked her ass of, broke 2 engagements, shot a whole movie, wrote and composed the whole soundtrack, singed her ass off, acted like for the gods etc..Sam Smith just visited the studio for 1 hour eating Cheetos. Just because Gaga lost doesn't mean he didn't deserve to win. It's not like he stole it, the academy just voted for him instead. Hardly his fault. We think TIHTY deserved it more, that's life. The disgusting comments I see about him on GGD are unacceptable. And the worst part is that he is a fan too. Imagine you become a successful artist too and you win an award against Gaga. What would you think if you got all this hate from other fans too ? I completely forgot she performed it at the Oscars in 2016. I could drag it more with specific reasons but yall dont want to hear that. But ya, the James Bond song made more cultural impact than TIHTY so I see why they awarded it. "Shallow" made the most cultural impact of any movie song in recent memory. So hopefully it wins the Oscar next year too lol!
