Taylor Teasing Next Album

I have to say, I’m excited to see what she’s going to offer with a new album. I always liked Taylor’s music and loved her as a person, but reputation is the first album of hers that I’ve bought and listened to the entire thing, and I absolutely love the album as a whole. I’m really curious to see what she comes up with next.

Really interesting going on Twitter and seeing how the majority of the replies to this are from Ariana Grande stans being threatened and negative.

Lemme get some popcorn for this bloodbath

I think this is a reach because in the caption, she just groups all seven trees together, but that's just my two cents

Agreed!

Taylor really got snubbed during this era.. Reputation deserved at least some award nominations and barely got any.

Gorgeous would've probably been Hot 100 Top 3 if she released it as a single during the hype  :cryga:

Honestly the award shows have a tendency for snubbing the most successful albums! I feel like the album sales and ticket sales will speak for themselves.

And I still think I Did Something Bad deserved to be a single! And Getaway Car deserved a video :cryga:

Loved 1989 and Reputation had some bops too - I hope she changes the sound up a little for TS7.

Reputation was current upon release, but got ‘old’ very quickly for me.

But the Grammy's love Taylor. I think it's a sign that the Grammy's have definitely become more of a popularity contest than being *just* about the music. Even this year's ceremony was 90% performances.

I hope it doesn't lose relevance. We need an Oscar's-style award that recognizes excellence over popularity.

I get what you’re saying. I think if they can find a ballance that would be perfect. I do think if a song or album is immensely successful, it’s probably because the music is great. If an album sells way more than anything else, it deserves the award in my opinion. But in some cases I think it’s great for the less successful music to be recognized for the remarkable talent, like Joanne winning a Grammy this year. Like I said, there should be a ballance.
