To ease some Anger about the LG6 Change,...

...I just wanted everyone to know that this is normal. Lady Gaga is NOT the only celebrity that does this.

Here are examples from two BIG celebrities:

Katy Perry went through two cancelled albums while making her debut album because she had been dropped twice by record labels.

Prism was initially supposed to be a dark album, but then Katy Perry changed her mind about it in late 2012 after she had decided to "let the light in".

This album was originally supposed to sound very similar to the pop that was made in the early 2010's, as well as music from Victorious. However, Ariana Grande decided that she would instead go with the album being inspired by music that she grew up with in the 1990's with a lot of R&B influence. The album was originally titled Daydreamin'.

After Focus was released on October 30th, 2015, and was met with mixed reviews and a lower level of success than what was expected, the song was scrapped from its single status. After this, the album was reworked a bit and became Dangerous Woman, with the title track being released as the lead single. The album was originally called Moonlight.

As you can see, this is fairly common. I think that we usually get more angry than other fan bases because Lady Gaga and her producers have always far more open about how her albums are developing, therefore causing us to know more than other fan bases would know about their own faves upcoming albums.

I’m just more frustrated about how we’ll never hear all these songs. There’s probably enough music from Gaga’s past 10 years of unreleased songs to make at least 4-5 albums.

Omg calm the **** down, scrapping a producer she hadnt worked with since 2017 doesnt mean she scrapped everything

Why being pissed for the moment ? we still have listen to what will make the cut lol

Let's being pressed if what she releases doesn't match our expectations or tastes. I mean for the moment nothing indicates what will make the cut will be underwhelming... Just wait and see

I love that you put effort into this and I appreciate it but an Ariana Grande/ Katy Perry comparison is the last thing that could make us feel better now. :poot:

What did I do? I made this to EASE anger.

EDIT: Also, I am at a point in my life where I don't need anger like this because I am unhappy right now. Please consider what you say.

Am I the only person who was under the impression that DJWS wasn't working on LG6 for quite a while? :rip: We've seen studio photos and know of producers she's been around and I don't think DJWS has been any of them? I don't really understand why people thought she was working with him when his LG6 comments were from ages ago.

I'm not sad or angry about DJWS confirming he's not on LG6, because I trust Gaga and would only want her to release music she wants to. I obvs want her to be happy and I feel like ALL albums by every artist goes through drastic changes in their development just like with any other project.

Chromatica will live on forever.

What an overreaction to something that was obvious since the recording sessions from last spring. Ya’ll love DJWS that much?:awkney:

I’m happy Gaga wants to explore other producers and hopefully change LG6 for better. If there is any scrapped material she would release them on LG6 tour like she has in the past eras.
